I wanted to rewrite some things in this journal entry before I go. I've deleted all of my artwork and past journal entries, looking at some of the titles just made me realize "wow, I'm emo" . I did keep some of the favorites though. Any piece of artwork that really stood out to me got to stay. Just because I'm leaving doesn't mean I don't love art.

There is a very good chance that this is not my final goodbye, but it is for now. I stated before that part of the reason why I wanted to leave was due to my lack of popularity on the site. This is in part true. But I still love to draw. I always draw stuff here and there but it never makes it to this page for some reason or another.

But one of the main reasons I'm leaving is that I just don't find my art that good, and the fact that 70% of it isn't finished is quite disgraceful. There wasn't much on this account for me to look back on. I got to see some of my progress in art over the years, which was nice because I honestly think I improved a lot in just 3 years time, at least with drawing Sonic the Hedgehog.

Another important reason is that with college approaching I want a fresh start and I want to get involved with life on campus. I don't want to be a shut in on the internet anymore and I want a new start. But as I get settled into college life I'll soon get some alone time back, and maybe I'll come back. Of course I'll come back with a whole new account, I'm sick of this Dark Sonic tag I've been using for years.

So don't delete me from your watch list just yet. In time I may come back, and when I do I will put up a journal entry saying what my new account is. And when that account comes up most of my old artwork will likely be reuploaded in the scraps section, as it's certainly not worthy of being in my devious entries list. In college I hope to take some art classes on the side and some computer graphics courses as well, and maybe then I'll have something to show.

I've been a member here for 3 or so years now, and for now it's time to go. I may come back later but for now peace out.
